 Hey there! I’m Melanie Graves. I’m the organized, easy-going wedding planner who is going to make sure your big day feels like a dream—not a chore.  

You deserve to actually enjoy your wedding day, not worry about the timeline, the centerpieces, or the caterer. That is where I come in. I combine professional, logistical precision with a calm, "bestie wedding vibe" to take the weight off your shoulders.  I live for the thrill of a smooth-running timeline and a perfectly styled venue. When you work with me, you get zero gatekeeping, total transparency, and an open-book approach to your planning process.  

My Story (And why I live for a good wedding)  

I’ve spent my entire life obsessed with planning, organizing, and decorating. If I'm not tending to wedding planning, you can usually find me redecorating my house, crafting or finding a clever hack to make life run smoother.  I’m a Pacific Northwest native. I grew up in Portland, and I’ve spent the last 20 years making a home in Oregon City with my incredible husband of nearly 28 years. 

Speaking of weddings—we have the ultimate love story.
We met on Halloween, and exactly one year later, we tied the knot in a total surprise ceremony with our family. It was unconventional, flawlessly executed, and a day I wouldn't change for the world. That same passion for memorable, personal celebrations is exactly what I bring to your wedding. No matter your vision, I am here to make it happen flawlessly.  

The Fast Facts  

When I’m not keeping wedding days stress-free, you can find me: 

Chasing Magnolia – Our lovable 1.5-year-old bull terrier mix who is our absolute pride and joy. 

Fostering Pups – We have a massive soft spot for pitbulls and pit mixes and love opening our home to fosters. 

Hunting for Vintage – I’m a passionate thrifter. My aunt and I co-create upcycled vintage decor for our hobby biz called The Kitschy Chicks. 

Fueled by Coffee & Lists – I am fiercely organized, fueled by caffeine, and I still swear by a paper calendar to keep my world spinning.
