Wedding & Event Packages

Please note: All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. Each package can be completely customized by adding options from our "Additional Services" section below. 


What’s Included in Every Single Package

To ensure your day runs flawlessly, every package I offer automatically builds upon The Baseline Features. This is my standard blueprint for your peace of mind:

  • Timeline & Layouts – Design of a comprehensive timeline of events and custom floor plan layout.
  • Vendor Management – Review of all vendor contracts, full vendor communication (before, during, and after), and coordination of arrival/setup.
  • Flawless Execution – Keeping all parties on schedule, solving any behind-the-scenes issues, and arranging transportation if needed.
  • Decor & Setup – Proper setup of your decor (with assistance provided by the client).
  • End-of-Night Clean-Up – Packing up decor/personal items at the end of the night and cleaning the venue according to their strict procedures. 
  • Open Communication – Unlimited email access from the exact day you book. 


The Dainty Chick Package

Investment: $850
Best for: Intimate gatherings and smaller events (50–75 guests) where you want an expert hand overseeing the final details.

What you get:

  • All Services included in the Baseline Features (listed above).
  • 1 Venue Walkthrough to map out your vision in the physical space.
  • 2 Dedicated Planning Meetings held at 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to your event.
  • Up to 10 Hours of on-site coordination on the day of your event.
  • Unlimited Text & Phone Calls during the 2 weeks leading up to your event (between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
     

The Refined Chick Package

Investment: $1,700
Best for: Standard-sized weddings (75–150 guests), Think of this as the 'penny pinching aunt" package.  You’ve done the hard work buying the decor and sourcing the vendors—let me be the one to actually execute it so your family doesn't have to work on your wedding day. 

What you get:

  • All Services included in the Baseline Features.
  • 2 Venue Walkthroughs to finalize the perfect layout and flow.
  • 3 Dedicated Planning Meetings held at approximately 3 months, 4 weeks, and 2 weeks prior to your big day.
  • 1-Hour Rehearsal Direction to choreograph and perfect your ceremony processional.
  • Ceremony Facilitation to ensure your wedding processional starts flawlessly and on time.
  • Vendor Gratuity Distribution so you don't have to worry about handing out final payments or tips at the end of the night.
  • Unlimited Hours of On-Site Service on your event day—I am there from start to finish.
  • 1 Day-of Assistant dedicated to helping "The Chick" (up to 10 hours) to ensure double the coverage and support.


The Elegant Chick Package

Investment: $2,550
Best for: Larger celebrations (150–275 guests) where you want the jackpot experience—full day-of coordination combined with hands-on design and planning assistance to bring your grand vision to life.  I will help you sort through your secondhand finds, style your tables, and make sure your vision looks like a million bucks—without the luxury price tag. 

What you get:

  • All Services included in the Baseline Features.
  • Full Design & Planning Guidance – Continuous assistance with your event aesthetics, including linens, tableware, centerpieces, floral selections, and overall decor.
  • 3 Venue Walkthroughs to map out every single detail of your space.
  • 6 Dedicated Planning Meetings scheduled right at your contract signing to keep you perfectly on track.
  • Vendor Meeting Attendance – I will attend any vendor meetings you want me at for expert support and advocacy.
  • 1 Rental Store Consultation to personally help you pick out your preferred tables, chairs, and tabletop rentals.
  • 1.5-Hour Rehearsal Direction to effortlessly choreograph and perfect your ceremony processional.
  • Ceremony Facilitation to manage the backstage flow and ensure your processional starts flawlessly.
  • Vendor Gratuity Distribution so final payments and tips are handled seamlessly.
  • Unlimited Hours of On-Site Service from me on your event day.
  • 2 Day-of Assistants dedicated to helping "The Chick" (for 10 hours each) to provide flawless, full-coverage management for your large guest count.


Custom Enhancements & A La Carte Services

Need a little something extra? You can easily customize any package with these individual add-ons to fit your unique wedding needs.


Hourly Add-Ons & Extras

  • Additional Day-of Coordination Hours – $40/ hour
  • Additional Planning Meetings – $25/ hour
  • Extra Day-of Assistant Support (included in Elegant Chick) – $22/ hour


A La Carte Coordination

  • Day-of Coordination by the Hour – $100/ hour (3-hour minimum)
    • Includes: 1 dedicated planning meeting, plus unlimited email, text, and phone support from the moment you book.


Travel Policies

  • Regional Travel Fee – $100 flat rate
    • Applies to any venue located more than 40 miles outside of Oregon City. This single fee completely covers travel time to and from your venue for three separate occasions: your walkthrough, rehearsal, and the big event day.
  • Destination Weddings – Any required airline travel and lodging accommodations will be openly discussed and customized during your initial consultation.


The Fine Print & Payments

  • Securing Your Date: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your date on my calendar.
  • Payment Methods: We gladly accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. (Please note: A standard 2.5% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments).
  • Final Balance: Your remaining balance is due at our final planning meeting, which takes place approximately 2 weeks before your event.
