Event Coordination

Packages

All packages require a 50% deposit at booking.   Each package can be customized by selecting options in the “additional services” section


Event Coordination – The Basics 


  • Complimentary consultation with client 
  • Create comprehensive timeline of events and layout 
  • Review all vendor contracts, recommendations given as needed 
  • Full communication with all vendors, before, during and after the event 
  • Ensure all décor is properly setup by assistances provided by the client 
  • Keep all parties involved on schedule, according to our timeline and give assistance when necessary 
  • Solve any issue that may arise 
  • Clean -up venue according to their procedures 
  • package décor/personal items at end of event. Arrange for Transportation, if needed
  • Unlimited emails at time of booking   
  • Unlimited texts/phone calls 2-4 weeks before event between 9am-6pm  (timeframe depends on package purchase)


The Dainty Chick Package: $800 

This package hits all the basics. It is ideal for the smaller event (50-75 people) where you want someone to oversee all the details.   

This package includes the following: 


  • all services from The Basics (see above) 
  • 1 Walkthrough of the venue 
  • 2 planning meetings, approximately 4 weeks & 2 weeks before the event 
  • Up to 8 hours of service on your event day  
     

The Refined Chick package: $1200 

This package caters to those getting married (75-150 people), where most of the planning is complete but you need someone to manage your event and guarantee everything  comes together as planned.   


This package includes the following: 

  • all services from The Basics (see above) 1
  • Walkthrough of the venue 
  • 2 planning meetings, approximately 4 weeks & 2 weeks before the event 
  • 1 hour rehearsal choreography
  • Facilitate Ceremony processional   
  • distribute payment/gratuity to vendors 
  • Up to 10 hours of service on your event day  


The Elegant Chick package: $1650 

You have hit the jackpot with this one! This caters to a larger event (150 – 275 people) and not only provides you with day of-coordination but some planning assistance to see your vision come to life.    
 

This package includes the following: 

  • all services from The Basics (see above) 
  • available for some planning aspects of your event (linens, tableware, centerpieces, floral choices and décor) 
  • 2 Walkthroughs of the venue 
  • 3 planning meetings, approximately 2 months, 4 wks & 2 weeks before the event 
  • Attend any vendor meetings client wants 
  • 1 rental store meeting to pick out your preferred rentals 
  • 1.5 hour rehearsal choreography (if needed) 
  • Facilitate Ceremony processional (if needed) 
  • distribute payment/gratuity to vendors an
  • assistant to “The Chick” for up to 10 hours 
  • Up to 10 hours of service on your event day  

 Additional Services 

  • Additional hours wanted on day of event: $40/hr 
  • Additional planning meetings : $25/hr 
  • Assistant to help with event (other than the Elegant Chick package): $20/hr
     

Ala Carte Services:

  • Day of coordination (requires at least 1 planning meeting. unlimited emails, texts, calls): $100/hr, 3 hour minimum 
  • Travel: An additional fee will be added for events 40 miles outside of Oregon City. This covers our travel time to and from your venue for 3 occasions: walkthrough, rehearsal and event day. 

Payment options: 

  • all major credit cards are accepted. There will be an additional transaction fee on credit cards. Checks and cash are also accepted. Balance due at last planning meeting, approximately 2 weeks before event.
